(1) Introduction
This chilled water system, consisting of a 20HP chiller and a 2000L water storage tank, is suitable for applications requiring cold water for process cooling or ambient temperature control, such as plastic molding, chemical reactions, food processing, electronics manufacturing, cosmetics production, and skincare product processing.

This system offers a compact design, stable operation, and continuous supply of constant-temperature chilled water, making it a highly efficient alternative to traditional cooling methods.

The water storage tank can be replaced from 3000L to 10,000L to meet customer needs.


(2) Working Principle
1. A 20HP chiller uses a compressor to cool the circulating water to the set temperature.
2. The cooled water is stored in a 2000L water storage tank, creating a cooling reserve.
3. Users draw cold water from the storage tank for cooling based on demand, and the system automatically replenishes water and continuously circulates cooling.
4. The storage tank acts as a buffer and balance, preventing fluctuations in chilled water temperature caused by transient load changes.
