The machine is widely used for mixing of dry powder material in pharmaceutical, food-stuff, forage, chemical and other industries.
Main Structure Features:This machine adopts labor feeding and enclosed flapper valve for discharging. It will not produce powder dust, and it also will not produce mechanical compression and strong friction during mixing. So the material particles can remain intact. The mixing barrel is made of stainless steel, which won't pollute the material. Besides, this machine has timing device, which can control the mixing time of materials.

Working process

V type cylinder does 360°rotary motion in space under the driving of the transmission shaft, material in the cylinder does translational movement, shearing movement, diffusing movement and other movement with the rotation of the cylinder,multiple movements of material are staggered which can achieve sufficient mixing in a short time.For the requirement of material feeding,our company can also provide vacuum feeding machine or spiral conveyer for V type mixer,it can reduce the labor intensity of the material feeding and optimize the process flow. For the material that easy to block and with poor liquidity, the machine can also be equipped with a forced stirring device to make the material be fully mixed.
