Bag Type Filtering Machine Filter
Stainless steel bag filters, from single bag, double bag to multi-bag filters, are all closed filters, and their working principle is pressure filtration. The entire bag filter system consists of three parts: filter container, support basket and filter bag.
The machine is mainly used for water purification, wine, perfume, oil or grease, chemical liquid, cosmetics water, beverage, electronic industry, daily chemical products and other light industrial liquid filtration.
During filtration, the material enters the filter bag from the side or top, and the clear liquid flows out from the side or bottom outlet after filtration, while the impurities remain in the bag and are taken out and processed when the filter bag is replaced.
Features
1. Connection way of cover and tank: Clamp type, flange buckle type, lifting ring type, bolt mounting type, flat plate gland type can also be used.
2. Filter bag material: PP, PE, PTFE, NMO, SUS, etc,
3. Filter accuracy: 0.5-300 um, can be customized
4. Capacity: single bag(3-40 ton per hour), double bag(5-60 ton per hour), multi bag(100-600 ton per hour)
5. Seal material: Ordinary silicone, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.
