Semi Automatic 4 Nozzles Perfume Filling Machine

4 Heads Perfume Filling Machine is used for filling perfume, floral water, and other water-based materials.
It adopts vacuum type filling and fixed liquid level type filling, thus avoiding the different levels caused by the thickness of each container bottom.
It is a semi-auto type machine with 4 filling heads, which could fill 4 bottles at the same time, it is efficient and labor-saving. With compact structure, only occupy a small area.
 

Feature: 

1. Explosion-proof type, Avoid explosions caused by the volatilization of volatile gases in perfume.

2. The vacuum suction function ensures that the liquid level of each bottle is same.

3. Four heads are used for individual filling. If there are bottles, they will be filled. If there are no bottles, they will not be filled.

4. The height of the filling nozzle can be adjusted to suit bottles of different heights

5. Excess liquid will be sucked back into the tank by the vacuum.
