The machine is designed as folding and bagging solution for shaped non-woven fabrics facial mask, glove, eye mask, foot mask, skincare sheet ,etc.

Feature1. Artificial mask feeding, automatic folding, automatic bagging, empty bag detection, Pressing and filling sealing function.
2. Inverter motor, Can freely adjust the belt speed;
3. Independent control system, can freely to stop one of the working station;
4. PLC control, with empty bag detection and error alarm
5. Equip with Optical Fiber Sensor (OFS) to monitor the folding and filling process,no raw material face mask,no filling.Ensure every pouch is well filled with mask inside.
6. Use pneumatic sucker as pouch feeding system,ensure the process be smooth and efficient.
7. Use stainless steel as main material to ensure the clean and safe production.
8. The machine is able to fit with two folding & three folding & four folding automatically,no need to change any parts.
9. The machine is able to work with different shape pouch.
