Fully automatic tail sealing machine solution process: pipe arrangement to pipe box - automatic pipe loading - automatic filling - automatic tail sealing - automatic tail cutting - product output
1. The hose filling and tail sealing machine is set to 6 stations, and the servo motor is used to drive the ring chain to make intermittent movements, so that the 14 clamps installed on the ring chain move equidistantly;
2. After the machine automatically loads the pipe, it performs automatic marking action. The marking method adopts servo marking, and the marking angle is accurate;
3. In order to avoid material dripping, the filling nozzle of the machine adopts the insertion form, and the lifting cylinder also completes the forward and backward filling action. The filling adopts pneumatic piston quantitative filling, and the accuracy can reach about ±1%;
4. Ultrasonic welding is used to seal the tail, which is tight and beautiful, which is much more advanced than the previous method of only using external heating of the pipe. The fastness of the seal is also greatly improved. Comparing the two methods, in the external heating method, the tube wall is heated from the outside to the inside, and the internal and external errors are large, especially the temperature of the inner wall of the tube is definitely lower than that of the outer wall. In the process of sealing and coding, it often causes adhesion or unstable sealing fastness, which is also a major defect, greatly improving the quality of sealing and coding;
5. Sealing, coding and tail cutting also use a pneumatically driven reciprocating mechanism, ultrasonic one-time sealing and coding, and the steel stamp is replaced according to the production batch number and date. The tube tail sealed by ultrasonic welding is very clear and firm, and can withstand considerable pressure without breaking and detaching, while ensuring the quality and reputation of the user's products; filling measurement is accurate, welding time is stable and adjustable, and the appearance of the sealing is beautiful, neat, firm, hygienic, and the cutting edge is flat.
6. Except for manual tube loading, everything else can be completed automatically, completing a series of functions such as automatic filling and sealing, coding, cutting, and finished product ejection, and the whole machine runs smoothly and reliably.
7. When the filled tubes are introduced to the next supply position, welding, coding, trimming and ejection are carried out at the same time. Everything is completed at the same time. Therefore, the machine completes one product at a time for each rotation of a supply position. The maximum production capacity can reach 30 tubes per minute.
8. All parts of this machine that contact materials and some related parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. The parts that need to be cleaned are equipped with quick-change devices, which are easy to disassemble and wash.
9. When some materials need to be heated and kept warm, a heating constant temperature device can be installed on the outside of the barrel.
10. All materials that use plastic tubes and composite tubes as packaging materials can be safely selected with this machine.
