This machine is an instrument developed by our engineers with latest German technologies, designed in modular structure, applies to blending, mixing, emulsifying, dispersing and homogenizing mobile liquids. This homogenizer can be widely applied in cosmetic cream, oil-water emulsion, polyreaction and nanophase material dispersion as well as special occasions requiring vacuum or pressure test. This equipment has the advantages of simple structure, small size, low noise, smooth operation, long service life, easy operation, easy cleaning, assembly and disassembly and maintenance.
1.Double layers: heating through water or oil.
2.Glass reactor: We can see the whole processing of mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying of materials
3.Motor imported from Germany, continuously viable
4.Vacuum meter: In the condition of vacuum or pressure, we can get good emulsion product.
5.Whole bracket adopts SUS304, the contact material parts adopt SUS316L with GMP standrand
6.Glass Pot: Double glass layor, jacket for heating and cooling
7.Wall Scraper: Scraper blade, tetrafluoroethane material 8.Scraping off the materials that stick on pot wall, to make all materials mixing more evenly.
