_{Three-roll grinding machine is mainly used for various lipstick color paste, paint, ink, pigment, plastic and other paste. It is especially suitable for grinding products with high dispersion viscosity and fine particle size requirements.} The machine achieves the grinding effect by extruding the surfaces of three horizontal rollers and rubbing at different speeds. Roller materials include cold hard alloy, alloy and other different specifications, suitable for different material requirements. The equipment is easy to operate, convenient, easy to clean and maintain. The site is not restricted. There are two kinds of machine body, cast iron and stainless steel. The three-roller coat is made of hard nickel alloys, and the machine is equipped with water cooling circulation device.

Application

Inks,coating,pigment,soap,artifcial leather,plastic,grease,chocolate and so on paste material.
Particularly suitable for grinding material with high viscosity to get fine product.

Working process

Through the Three Level surface mutual extrusion and different rotation speed to reach the required grinding fineness;
Remark: roller lenth& hardness of the roller can be adjusted according to client's requirement.
