Sleeve model PE / LDPE Film Wrapping Packing Machine with Heating Hot Wind Shrinking Tunnel Machine
1. Sleeve-type PE film wrapping machine
(1) Function: Automatically cut the PE heat shrink film and wrap it around the outside of the product to form a "sleeve"-shaped packaging structure (open at both ends).
(2) Features: Suitable for cluster packaging of large or heavy products (such as beverages, building materials, home appliances, etc.). Can be connected to the conveyor line to achieve fully automated operation. Equipped with a photoelectric detection system to achieve automatic positioning and film length control.
2. Heat shrink oven (heat shrink machine)
(1) Function: Shrink the PE film through high temperature and wrap it tightly around the surface of the product to form a firm and beautiful packaging effect.
(2) Heating method: Generally, a hot air circulation heating system is used to ensure uniform heat distribution.
