Digital Display Rotary Viscometer / Rotational Viscosity Meter
Rotation Viscometer is a novel instrument to be used in measuring the viscous resistance and absolute viscosity of fluid. It is widely applicable to determine the viscosity of various kinds of fluids, such as grease, paint, plastics, food, products, pharmaceuticals, bonding agent, etc
Feature
1. This model is suitable for measuring medium and high viscosity liquids.
2. It can be used as a stand-alone computer, or it can be connected to a micro printer and a computer to realize data collection.
3. The application of the company's invention patent overcomes the disadvantage that domestic instruments can only sample once per revolution, and realizes the technology of multiple samples per revolution.
4. The high subdivision drives the stepping motor to rotate, the speed is accurate and stable, and the AC voltage frequency change does not affect the accuracy of the viscosity measurement.
5. For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids, the timing function of the instrument can ensure good consistent data.
6. With humanization, personalized design, 0.1-99.9RPM speed stepless setting. The LCD liquid crystal has a blue backlight function, which directly displays the viscosity, speed, torque of the centimeter, and the measurable viscosity value and temperature value of the rotor at the current speed. The viscosity value shows continuous change. If the measurement range is exceeded, an alarm will sound.
7. SNB data acquisition and drawing software can be purchased for data acquisition and data analysis, and a miniature monochrome printer can also be purchased for timing printing of measurement results.
8. The full scale and linearity of the instrument are all calibrated through the computer interface, and its measurement performance and functions have reached the advanced level of the same type abroad.
9. The built-in RTD temperature probe monitors the sample temperature in real time, with an accuracy of 0.1°C and a temperature range of 0-100°C.
10. Using 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core, high subdivision driving stepping motor, digital LCD with blue backlight function.
11. Different standard rotors can be selected according to needs.
12. According to the needs, the standard materials of the Bureau of Metrology can be purchased to calibrate the viscometer to make the inspection level in line with international standards.
